Dr Matthew Kinsella

Dr Kinsella graduated from the Perth Dental School (University of Western Australia) in 1993. He was awarded the Tom Scott Memorial Prize (Best Student in Prosthodontics) and later completed a Fellowship in General Dentistry from the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons in 2000.

Dr Kinsella was invited to join the current practice in 1994, employed by Dr Bradley Shepherd. He went on to establish his own practice in 2001, in association with Dr Shepherd who continued a significant and ongoing mentoring role in Dr Kinsella's professional and clinical development. Their dental practice relationship now spans more than 20 years.

Dr Kinsella has a practice committed to general dentistry with an emphasis on prevention as well as aspects of reconstructive, cosmetic and implant dentistry. Dr Kinsella is committed to ethical patient care and in difficult cases, he will refer to specialists when prudent to do so. His commitment to preventative dentistry is reflected in a strong and well-organized recall programme with multiple hygienists. Patients can be seen on an annual or 6-month basis, depending on individual needs.
